Melinda Evans began her mediation practice in 1994 after having been a trial attorney with the law firm of Battle, Winslow, Scott, & Wiley.  Her primary focus was litigation; clients included individuals and insurance companies.  Prior to private practice, she was a prosecutor in eastern North Carolina.   She has mediated hundreds of North Carolina Superior Court cases involving:
