Melinda Evans began her mediation practice in 1994 after having been a trial attorney for ten years with the law firm of Battle, Winslow, Scott, & Wiley in Rocky Mount, NC.   Prior to private practice, she was a prosecutor in the Seventh Judicial District in eastern North Carolina for five years.
